Boundary’s Best operates in Grand Forks, British Columbia, offering fresh prepared foods and freeze-dried meals for home and adventure use.
All products are made with locally sourced, high-quality ingredients and produced in compliance with applicable Canadian food-safety regulations.

2. Use of Our Website and Services

By using our website or services, you agree that:

  • You will use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
     
  • You will not engage in fraud, harassment, hate speech, or any other unlawful or abusive behavior.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Fresh products are non-returnable once prepared or delivered, for food-safety reasons.
     
  • Freeze-dried meals may be returned only if unopened, unused, and within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of payment.
     
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.
     
  • To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at orders@boundarysbest.ca with your order number and details.
     

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer local pickup and delivery in Grand Forks and surrounding areas.
     
  • Freeze-dried meals may be shipped across Canada via our third-party couriers.
     
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or high demand.
     
  • Boundary’s Best is not liable for delays beyond our control once orders have been handed to shipping partners.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Boundary’s Best – Return & Refund Policy

At Boundary’s Best, your satisfaction matters to us. Every batch of soup and meal — fresh or freeze-dried — is prepared with care in Grand Forks, British Columbia, using real, locally sourced ingredients.
Because of strict food safety regulations, we cannot accept physical returns of any food products. However, we do offer refunds or replacements when something isn’t right.

1. Fresh Soups & Meals

We take pride in delivering fresh, wholesome food made locally each day.
While returns are not accepted for health and safety reasons, we will gladly issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
     
  • Your order was incomplete or not as described
     
  • The food was damaged or compromised during delivery
     
  • You experienced a quality concern and contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery
     

To request a refund, please contact us at orders@boundarysbest.ca with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Refunds for verified issues will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. Freeze-Dried Meals

Freeze-dried meals may be refunded or replaced under the same guidelines above, and may also be returned if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • The package is unopened, unused, and in its original condition
     
  • You contact us within 14 days of purchase or delivery
     
  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
     

We reserve the right to inspect or verify any product issue before approving a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Policy

To protect food safety and ensure every customer receives fresh, uncompromised meals:

  • We do not accept physical returns of any food products — fresh or freeze-dried — once they have left our facility.
     
  • All refund claims are handled through customer service review, not by returning the product.
     

4. How to Request a Refund

To begin a refund request:

  1. Email orders@boundarysbest.ca within the applicable timeframe.
     
  2. Include:
     
    • Your full name and order number
       
    • A brief explanation of the issue
       
    • Photos (if applicable) showing the product or packaging issue
       

  1. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
     

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
     
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable except where the error is on our part.
     
  • In some cases, store credit or product replacement may be offered instead of a refund.
     

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
We’ll work quickly to replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
